M. Gentry & Associates Community Development Corporation (CDC), strategically located within a Neighborhood Empowerment Zone (NEZ) in Fort Worth, Texas, is a nonprofit organization established under Gentry Carpentry & Construction, LLC in August 2007. Since its inception, our organization has adhered to our mission, vision, and goal to advocate our cause.

We know that it takes a community to raise one. We realize that our youth are the future, our seniors have paved the way in our communities, and it is very important to help foster a community that will give back to our youth, seniors, low-income families, and those individuals who have been incarcerated. #PayItForward#

We envision a secured future for today’s business men/women, youth, seniors, and low-income families, as well as reaching out to those individuals who have been incarcerated, giving them the life skills they need to survive and make life transitions seamlessly.

We endeavor to create jobs in the Neighborhood Empowerment Zones (NEZ) for low-income individuals and give those individuals who have been incarcerated a chance to become economically independent so that they may be able to make a positive contribution to society in the communities where they live.

M Gentry & Associates CDC, a nonprofit organization with a 501 (c)(3) status, has been established to create social services, economic and community development, and education and job opportunities for low-income and incarcerated individuals.

We will reach this goal by training these individuals and offering job placement through the temporary service. M. Gentry & Associates CDC is in the process of applying for federal assistance to fund this program.
